These terms apply to driving lessons and related services booked with EzyPass Driving School (ABN 32 684 896 722). By submitting a booking request through our website, you agree to these terms.
A booking request submitted through our website is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm the date, time and details. Lesson times are subject to instructor availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times and will let you know if an alternative is needed.
You must hold a current valid Victorian learner permit (or an appropriate licence for overseas conversion lessons) and present it to the instructor before each lesson. If you cannot present a valid permit, the lesson cannot proceed.
All lessons are conducted in our dual-control automatic vehicle.

The safety of everyone in the vehicle and on the road is our priority. The instructor may end a lesson early, without refund, if the student is unfit to drive. This includes being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving in a way that creates an unsafe driving environment.
We take reasonable care to provide safe, professional driving instruction. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version on this page applies to all bookings made after the date of any update.
